Dr. Jeffrey Brownstein is the senior partner in a multifacility, group pediatric dental practice in the western suburbs of Phoenix, Arizona providing dental & orthodontic care for infants, toddlers, adolescents and adults with special healthcare needs. He is also a partner in Southwest Mobile Dental Anesthesiology, a mobile dental anesthesiology group providing office-based care in Phoenix, Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Dr. Brownstein completed his graduate dental training at the Medical College of Virginia, his pediatric dental specialty training at the University of Florida, a fellowship in the dental management of Cleft Lip & Palate in the Department of Pediatric Plastic Surgery at Washington University School of Medicine and advanced specialty training in dental anesthesiology at the University of California at Los Angeles. His clinical emphasis is in the area of anesthetic management of children and special needs adults, which includes providing care within office, hospital, and surgical center settings.
He serves as a clinical instructor in several moderate oral and IV sedation courses, provides medical emergency seminars, and is a certified AHA instructor for Basic Life Support training. Dr. Brownstein is also an adjunct professor in the Departments of Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Nevada at Las Vegas, University of California at Los Angeles, and Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine.
